I got your message letting me know that my case was closed, but I'm afraid it hasn't yet been resolvedI was notified via email (below) by Dome Climber that they would issue a full refund, but I have not received it(Bank of America issued a temporary credit to my account while they conduct their own investigation and the latest on that is, as of an email from BoA on 8/15, "Transaction has been disputed with the merchant's bank.") Previous to this, right after I made my complaint and forwarded it to Dome Climber, they called me and told me that the product would be shipped to meI said that would be great, but that I would need shipping information and a tracking number to confirm thatThey told me they would contact me with that info, but they did notToday, I tried texting Dome Climber at the number below, as directed, but it is a land line

I would like to add that the correspondence with the business representative was... extremely rude and inflammatory. He texted me at length about how bad of a customer I was and never provided a reason for why my order was never shipped. I still believe this business to be running a scam of sorts although it may very well be within the bounds of what is considered legal. It seems that their strategy is to wear down the customer with lack of responses and bank on people not following up on the purchase to make a profit. This is certainly speculative but given what is online and the way I was treated, I believe it to be likely. Regards, [redacted]
