Their service techs came to my home to install a Nest thermostat which I had purchased through another vendor Both people were very professional and provided a good serviceThey also wore shoe covers when they entered the homeThey were a little unfamiliar with the Nest Mounting hardware, but were able to place it correctly
Very Professional Tech "Chuck" He's very thorough, Gave me a tip on "Mice" getting into your Condenser unit and eating up wiring and causing a lot of damage and how to prevent that over and above why he was here to service my system.Never met one that did that! He checked all parts of the system very thoroughly as always,The plenum and "A"Coil are under the house and it's a crawl space to get to it. (if I had it to do over,That wouldn't be under the house. it would be inside where it belongs) Hind sight is 20-20. It was installed where the old unit was. Big Mistake on MY PART! But the service is well worth the cost and give a 10% off on the expensive Filter,Labor is included in the service contract so it's only the price of the filter on that part.MONEY WELL SPENT!
first learned about Paschal Heating, Air and Geothermal when they installed a full multi zone system in the office where I work. They were very professional and the results were outstanding. This year, when the time came to replace the system in my house, I knew who to call. From the first consultation visit, through the selection process, the install and city inspection process, the Paschal team was the model of what a HVAC service company should be. My system has been in service for about a month now, and as strange as it seems, my wife and I are actually sleeping better. The A/C never wakes us up throwing off or grasping for blankets as the old one did when it cycled on and off through the night. Neither does the new unit wake us up with the loud whine of the compressor outside our bedroom window. 100% satisfied - I would ..and do.. recommend them to my friends.

I called Paschal Heat, Air & Geothermal today regarding an issue with my Kohler Generator. They were here within 2 hours of my call and the gentleman that came (Tyler) was very professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. He had it up and running in 30 minutes and was very courteous. I will be requesting him for all of my future needs with this product.

Every person I have dealt with at Pascal has been courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Technicians that came to service the furnace were on time and carried out the service quickly and efficiently and answered my questions clearly.
Service man arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise! The water overflow from cooling unit was not due to low coolant but a clogged drain. The service man answered my questions fully and offered a suggestion on how to correct this problem from happening again. He installed a float cutout switch which will turn off the unit when water begins to backup for whatever reason. He also showed me how to keep the drain from clogging by treating with bleach regularly.
