This was brought to my attention when I received your letter on August ***My driver went to the facility the following day to pick up the equipmentWhen arriving there was confusion as to where the equipment wasMy driver waited at the facility for minutes until it was located and was able to remove all equipment from the facilityIn regards to obtaining proof that we didn't bill medicare for the month of AugustThe family member can call Medicare to verify that it was not billedThe last bill to medicare was on July *** [redacted] has been advised via email that the equipment was picked up and gave her medicare customer service phone number to verify that we did not bill for the month of AugustIn addition [redacted] has a signed delivery ticket as proof that the equipment was in fact picked upIn regards to delivery this customers equipment was originally called in to us on February [redacted] and delivered the very same day
