Domeni owes me $106.50 for an order that was placed on August 22 2019, but then never shipped and subsequently canceled on December 4 2019. I emailed customer service and they said they would cancel the order and refund me, however, I still have not gotten a refund. I have been emailing them over and over asking for my money back. In the last email from them, they offered to send me the product I originally ordered back in August instead of the refund that I'm owed. But I don't want the product, I just want my money back and for this to be resolved.

I wanted contact you about complaint #***. This order was cancelled and refunded quite some time ago. We've even reprocessed is this past week. You can see the screenshot attached from our end showing the refund to the correct card. The refund should be posted to the date of the transaction on the customers card. I can get you a screenshot from our merchant processor as well if need be.

I made a purchase on Jan 4th from Domeni Company and have not received my purchase yet.I have been sending emails to them back and forth over the last 4 weeks,either they made an excuse or didn’t answer my emails. They asked me to sign up for ***,I did but they haven’t posted it yet. I asked for a refund if they couldn’t post it but they didn’t answer my email.

Regarding complaint ***. This order was already cancelled prior to the complaint due to an issue with the customers address.We were trying to resolve the issue with the customer, but a language barrier was likely causing miscommunication. As per the customers request, we had this cancelled.

I haven’t received the cancelation email before I filed the complaint!I received Domeni cancelation sms and email last night. Besides that, after I made complaint at Revdex.com, they tried to send my purchase by *** along with a gift.I attached all my correspondance with them in this email. I kept asking them either post it or give me a refund,but they never answer my request for the refund,they kept telling me we would post it with a gift. I have no trust for this company and do not believe that they sent me the refund till I get my money back.

These people are thugs. I ordered a watch over 3 weeks ago, it's supposed to ship in two days and still nothing. LIKE OTHERS HAVE SAID, THEY SAY THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE ORDER BUT DO NOT DO IT AND IGNORE YOU.

I am disappointed because I did order a micro signature band with a plain black face (received a stardust one instead) because the person I’m gifting it to wanted a simple watch with a black leather band. After over two months of waiting, service was responsive and kind enough to change my order’s color, upgrade the band out of goodwill, and send via fast shipping. I wanted to support a smaller brand so I’m just disappointed it ended up this way (different watch face and different band—no leather one included either than ordered). I tried to be fair in this review because the watch itself is pretty.

Same experience with the majority customer. Purchased a pre-order item. Waited until pass the expecting shipment date for a shipping confirmation email. And nothing was emailed to me. Tried emailing the customer services for many times. A few got responded but nothing was investigated into since there was a delay in the process and no one in the company (included Domenic - the owner) happened to know what was going on. Wrote a bad review on Trustpilot. The owner immediately emailed me and proposed to cancel my order, refund me and send out a watch as a gift from him only if I agreed to delete the review. I did delete the review. Unfortunately I never got a refund until I requested a dispute from the bank.

made order on April 9th, order I emailed them first time on Aug 2nd, told me they shipped out, I asked tracking number, then told me the order is not prepared.
Aug 26th, they gave me a tracking number, it is still on pre-shipment status even right now.
then I emailed them several times, always told me they would ship them in one week. but I still haven't got any information.
Today is Oct 9th, half year already. when can I get my order?

This issue was resolve with the customer prior to this complaint being filed. After an issue with a new tracking was provided and delivered.

Do not buy! Ordered a watch months ago, have emailed customer service several times, they say they’ll look into and never get back to me. I have asked for a refund several times and they continue to ignore me. They will steal your money! Beware!

I bought this watch because the reviews on the company website were so great—now I suspect they may be fake. I ordered my watch on April 10, and I got an email on April 16 that the shipment was on the way. By April 21, I still hadn't received it, so I reached out to customer service requesting an update. They responded on April 23 that there had been some water damage in the warehouse, so they'd been "busy trying to take inventory." That's fine, but the average customer would expect to be updated about a delay. To their credit, they then delivered my watch on April 26. Unfortunately, it was without a working battery. Since I didn't want to be delayed again by sending the watch back to them to be fixed, I took it to a watch repair shop myself and sent them a copy of the receipt for a partial reimbursement—just the cost of the battery replacement. This was on May 1. There have been about 15 emails back and forth since then (mostly me, as they tend to selectively respond to emails) with vague and sketchy responses from them (e.g., the request needs to go through the warranties department). I even had the issue elevated from the initial customer service representative to their manager, Jeremy C *if he actually exists), and I haven't heard from them since June 3. I tried to leave a review detailing all this on their website, but it wasn't posted. They seem to only allow the 5-star reviews to go through (assuming they are written by real customers.)

I Placed two separate orders with the company totaling 4 watches (2 in each order). One was placed on May 10th and the other on May 12th. I got the May 10th shipment in which one of the watches was not working. I contacted customer service and was directed that I could go to a local jewelry shop to get the battery changed or return it to get it fixed. I return the watch and to the day today I have not received it back. When I contact customer service there is never a clear answer about why I haven't received any of the remaining 3 watches. There has been continuous emails back and forth with no answers as to when I will receive the merchandise.
When you buy a new watch it is expected to be working not me running around trying to figure out how to fix it.

I contacted customer support on November 12 to cancel my order after ordering online (wasn't shipped at the time). I understand this wasn't possible, however, I emailed [email protected] immediately after receiving my order on December 12.

No responses - I then followed up again on December 14. Jeremy C replied, asking to forward my order receipt, which I did right away.
I had to follow-up again on December 17, Jeremy replied he would get me an RMA. I had to follow-up again, I even said I would pay myself for shipping on December 20, which Jeremy said it would be a good idea. I've asked him to confirm the return address, which I obtained on December 21, after several follow-ups. I've shipped the item on December 23. I'm traveling and don't have the tracking number with me. The item hasn't been returned and the item was shipped from Canada Post (priority).

I followed up with Jeremy on January 11 and January 18, and still haven't had any answers. I'm starting to think Domeni is a scam company as more than 4 months later, I'm still trying to get a hold of their customer service and get prompt replies. It's now March 21 and I'd like to have this resolved. I don't have a watch and don't have my money either. I've done multiple follow-up and they simply stopped replying.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not order a watch with this company!!!
I ordered two watches - both arrived damaged (one had damage to the faceplate; on the other, the watch hands weren't attached and just free floating). Domeni refused to offer a refund in exchange for a return of the products. It's been 1.5 years since I ordered the product and customer service is continuing to give me a runaround about a replacement product. First they sent the wrong watch in replacement, next they attempted to just replace the watch band and sent only half the band. They claim that the other half of the band must have been stolen during shipping - what benefit would there be to someone in stealing half a band!? They continue to refuse to issue a refund or appropriately replace the products.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOW QUALITY PRODUCT, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THIS COMPANY'S AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The other negative reviews here speak volumes about this company

Thank you for your review. A defective watch was indeed sent which we believe was damaged during shipping. We want to note that a replacement was sent at the request of the customer. Unfortunately we indeed sent the wrong version of the watch with a leather band rather than mesh. We in turn shipped out a replacement band as well. There is no reason for us to only send one half of the band when trying to clear up this for our customer, which is why we believe it was lost.

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased my item a month ago and have yet to receive it. Customer service did not issue me a refund when I asked and chose not to cancel the order.

Now that the item HAS shipped, I have to arrange to send it back to them because they refused to meet my request after stringing me along for weeks.

I’ve been following up with Domeni’s customer service department via their email *** as well as their returns representative, Jeremy C in regards to an ETA for my order #*** of a rose gold penny series watch since March this year. I’ve been informed that there has been a delay with the delivery of the watch until August due to quality control issues. Customer service has said that they have a sample watch for me which should have been processed but I still haven’t received an email confirmation or tracking number. I’ve been sending emails every week to chase it up and I’ve yet to get a response regarding my request.

Domeni Company owes me a full refund of $186.75 for 1 watch item that I have ordered on June 13th 2018 @ 11:13pm then immediately cancelled approximately half an hour after placing the order via my brother's credit card. It has been over 30 days now since my refund request with no resolve. I can also verify that I have never received the aforementioned product. I have been in contact with Domeni's customer support representative, Francesco, since my cancellation request on June 13th 2018. On June 14th, Francesco apologized that the request may still have been submitted too late and then offered to look into "a complimentary gift...due to the inconvenience". I then asked that if indeed the watch has already been processed, that I would appreciate my return shipping fee being covered. He said he would follow up; he did not.

On June 18th & 25th after I circled back, Francesco informed me that there were backend system errors that had occurred thus further creating complications with my order, even though my order was able to be "cancelled" in their system. He informed me that as soon as the issue was fixed, I would be informed. Again, he has never updated me regarding this.

I inquired again to Francesco about my order status, and he replied that I should have 1. already received an email from *** and 2. my package should have been delivered by now. I am confirming now that no, I have never received said package, and there were no such emails sent to me.

On July 3rd 2018, I contacted Domeni directly at *** - Francesco asked that I put in my request through this email. I had heard back from support on that same day, letting me know that resolving my issue was their top priority. On July 6th, support informed me my case was being worked on. On July 10th, support informed me that there have been "several errors stemming from the botched cancellation." I'm aware. Still no refund, and issue has not been resolved.

This was certainly an error on our part. It was a mixture of system difficulties and miscommunication. An order was placed and processed for shipping before there was an attempt to cancel the order. This is what lead to the issue initially. However, we have been working directly with the customer updating her every step of the way. The problem has now been solved.

I just wanted to say how absolutely in love I am with my new purchase. The watch I purchased is the Micro Signature Series - Gold. I was looking for a smaller watch and came across this brand, I had to purchase one right away. The watch has a minimal, sleek and clean design and the attention to detail from the head to the strap are flawless. I will definitely be purchasing another! Thanks!

The worst experience I have ever had.

I ordered a watch and never received it. They sent me 2 incorrect and faulty watches, and then 2 further faulty watches, and I have had to pay for overseas delivery to the UK and returns every time. They have refused to give me a refund or reimburse me for any return delivery fees or import fees.

They ignored my emails for 3 months. I had to claim a refund through through MasterCard and provide a Chargeback claim which took 5 months to complete which I eventually received. MasterCard said they would investigate them further. I'm still over £250 down from import and delivery fees.

The watches they have sent are such terrible quality too, the straps fall apart and the build quality is laughable. Every single watch I have received has been inconsistent - each has had a different logo and strap.

On my most recent faulty watch from them - the minute hand hits second hand so when it get’s to 5pm the watch stops every time. Also the ink on the logo has dripped down, it’s embarrassingly bad.

On another other watch that didn't work, I paid £15 for a new battery - it then worked for about 12 hours and stopped again...

I am reporting them to both the UK and USA Government for fraud.

Domeni are a scam. Avoid.

We had admittedly sent the wrong watch to *** A grey Signature Series with mesh band was purchased, but a grey Signature Series leather band was sent accidentally. Being that this was a mistake on our part, we let ***keep the wrong item as a gift, and sent him the correct watch he had ordered (He seemed happy about this solution). A new watch was sent and apparently was damaged during shipping. Again, this was not the customers fault so we shipped a new item (This was all paid for by us and we have shipping receipts and conversation transcripts of this). The customer continued to claim their was an issue and wanted a refund, yet refuses to send the item(s) back. It seems like he was looking for something for free, which he unfortunately received from us.

Rose gold micro series watch is amazing. I love the color and it looks super cute. I got a lot of compliments from friends.

Very happy with my Domeni watch. Great service. Looks expensive but affordable. Would buy again!

I love Domeni! Their customer service is impeccable! I ordered a watch and it arrived quickly! I ordered another watch and there was a mix up, however their customer service person communicated with me consistently. I can tell they really care about their customers!

I love my rose gold watch, it looks beautiful, great minimalist and luxury design, flawless and detailed construction, shipped faster than expected
