Review: This restaurant charged gratuity when it was not stated in writing on an menu and was not advised by our server. The hostess charged our credit cards and then fill out our credit card slips without permission. The manager or person in charge argued the issue with us instead of resolving the problem and refused to hand back our credit cards and bill when requestedDesired Settlement: I would like a refund because this restaurant was unethical and notforthcoming with their information. Instead of resolving the issue at time of transaction, they became argumentative and refused to return our credit cards and bill when asked multiple times.
