Domestic Abuse Project.Store policy is clear that the only returnable items are electronic ones and any other returns are made by store credit. The purchaser referenced in the complaint was seeking to return consignment item for a Cash refund.As the purchaser involved claimed to be unaware of the policy and the fact that we are clearly not a brand retailer she was issued a refund on December 10th, 2016. Further, she kindly made a $20.00 to the organization.As of our last contact with the purchaser she seemed satisfied with the resolution.
