Houser Asphalt and Concrete seal coated my asphalt driveway on 5/18/
The company did a good job
Even two of my male relatives remarked what a nice job Houser did

!!!!!! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE !!!!!
No matter how big or small your company is, you MUST know to respect your customersThe owner (I guess) named Mike keeps boasting about his valuable time of $400/hr and how he is the greatest man on earth and does not have time to call his customersWe spent close to $5,with his company and he absolutely has no courtesy to discuss the project and its pricingWhat he sends in his email "is final and set in stone"We have another large project to do, but WILL NOT use this company ever again!
He kept saying that he has been in business for years and I am sure his family or previous owners did a fabulous job for it to stay in business this longMike sure will run it to the ground if he continues to operate the way he operates his business currently and by treating his customers like the way he treated me
Lastly, all he has is attorney threats and lien"You are to pay my invoices whether you have complaints or not"This guy thinks he is untouchable and I hope Dayton residents realize how rude and mean he as a owner can be sooner than later

Houser said a representative would call me to make a appointment to do a estimate on my driveway. They did not call and just showed up.So how would they know what I wanted done if I were not at home? I asked questions about options, asphalt over concrete, doing just concrete replacement etc. I asked for 3 estimates on 3 options and only got 2 in the mail. My impression, they are not user friendly, more take it or leave it attitude..They may do a good job but I'm concerned they would be responsive to any of my concerns should they arise if they do the work.

Thank God for Medjet Assist! I realized my health insurance probably didn't cover me outside the country, so I made a last minute purchase before heading to Italy for my 60th birthday. Sadly enough, I had a heart attack on the flight home and was taken to a hospital in Spain. While I'd used Rosetta Stone to brush up on my Italian, I had no Spanish language skills. In the cardio ICU, I was able to get the nurses to understand my request for my cell phone and the ID tag on my bag. One call to MedjetAssist and it was all handled. They got a translator on the phone, checked with the doctors, called me back regularly to keep me informed of what was happening. They were there throughout the six-day ordeal, including sending a flight nurse to arrive after my stent was implanted and accompany me every step of the way back to NYC. Correction. There were NO steps along the way. The nurse arranged for a wheelchair, a limo, the first class lounge at Delta, another wheelchair, another limo in NYC, etc. The only "steps" I had to take were from the bed to the wheelchair. I would NEVER go anywhere - even to visit my sons in Los Angeles - without MedjetAssist. Bravo!

HOUSER PUT IN A PATIO FOR ME LAST WEEK ANDI COULDN''T BE MORE PLEASED. THEY WERE PROFESIONAL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. very NEET AND CLEANED UP AFTER. THEMSELVES.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the all the help that you gave my parents.  Earlier this week your crew flew to Anguilla to pick up my Mom and my Step Dad with a medical emergency and flew them back to the states and escorted them the entire way. All arrangements were made by your company without having to be prompted.  I spoke with my Mother today and she told me how accommodating everyone on the crew was.  She expressed the professionalism and how everyone went above and beyond their duties to help and make everyone as comfortable as possible.  She also told me how respectable and polite the crew was.  Please pass my gratitude to the Pilot, Co-Pilot, EMT, and the rest of the crew.  I appreciate everything that they did for my parents. \r\n\r\nAlso, there are very few companies these days that perform services with this kind of professionalism and dedication to duty and I thank you for that.  I won\'t ever forget what MEDJET has done for my family, and if I know of anyone traveling I will quickly recommend your company. Again Thank You for all that you have done and I hope that your company continues to strive.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Houser did a great job removing and repaving our driveway. The bid was reasonable, scheduled quickly, and the work was done very well.

The crews were all great guys - hard working and very personable.

Highly recommended!
