I spoke with *** from the business and she stated that their policy is there are no returns but they did offer to come back and redo the cleaning

Review: I hired this company through [redacted] to clean my home and not only did they do a very poor job but the response from the owner was untimely and accusatory. She took no responsibly for her employees unprofessional behavior or their lack of cleaning. I provided the owner photos and a list of the tasks that I'm unhappy that weren't preformed, yet she wanted to blame us for having house pets and for lying that the photos were taken of messes that were made after they left.This company was hired to do a full house cleaning yet, they did not touch the bathroom floors, the shower walls, the tub walls or the toilets. They did not dust the bedrooms, the dining room or the wood part of the stairs. They did not clean the outside of the appliances, and damaged our wood floors.Desired Settlement: She offered to have the same girls to come back. I don't want them to come back and waste my time again. I also don't want to deal with the rude owner or the unprofessional employees. I want my original $60 back so I can hire a capable company.
