Our return/exchange policy is "Exchange or store credit within days item must be unworn accompanied with receipt) this is listed on our receipts, we have a sign up in our store, and it's on our websiteThe customer came in with no receipt
stating that she bought shoes from us and was given left shoesThe shoes she brought in were very dirty and had clearly been wornShe stated she wore the shoes to the clubWe explained to her if we sold left inch heels to her that she should have called us so we can fix the situation and not wear them anyway which seems very unlikely and uncomfortableWe also let her know we don't accept exchanges on worn items especially not any that are dirtyOn top of that we don't know if she got the shoes from us she has no receiptThen she said it was weeks before she ever came in to try to exchangeWe have rules to protect our businessTo bring some dirty shoes in with no receipt no prior communication with us and stating she bought them weeks ago is nothing we can accommodateWe don't know if she got them from one of the other boutiques and is trying to get the other shoe from usAnd the story about wearing left inch heels to the club and getting them very dirty and weeks later requesting new shoes, just doesn't add upThe shoes are completely sold out and not able to be reordered

To begin with, this customer used her daughter who received a VIP customer discount of 10% to order a dress so she could get it for 10% off. which is the first out of policy issue(discounts are not to be used for anyone besides who it is awarded...

to) When she came to pick up the dress she said very loud and rudely it was not what she wanted something else. This is my first time ever hearing anything about the dress being soiled and damped. All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. (second out of policy issue) We still allowed her to do an exchange. She shopped around rudely expressing how mad she was that her daughter ordered her the wrong dress. She picked a top that was $10 more and as I was ringing her out, she blurted out "did you add my discount" which she doesn't even have a discount her daughter does. I STILL added the discount to please her. When she left all the customers and my MUA and her customers were in awe at how rude and snobby she was. The next day she came back and my store associate called and said she was there to do an exchange on an exchanged item (3rd out of policy issue) exchanges are not allowed on exchanged items to protect from customers buying things and wearing them then exchanging and repeating. which is what I think this customer is doing. This is her THIRD time trying to exchange something. After my store associate told me how rude she was being and how she disrespected my store trying on items in the middle of the store refusing to use the dressing room, yelling out "naw yall gone give me my money back or give me something else. She even called her daughter on me. I'm not sure what she was trying to get started, her daughter offered to give her the money back and she refused. I'm done letting her break our rules and procedures. The first time she exchanged something it was out of our seven day policy and we still allowed her. She has exchanged 50% of the items she has purchased. The first time we tell her no you have to follow policy she gets upset and makes a Revdex.com complaint. She is not allowed in our store anymore, we will be filing a no trespassing report with the St. Louis Police Department. Our store policy is no refunds and 1 exchange per transaction. After we told her we would not be excepting another exchange she began to harrass and constantly call our store and send messages on Instagram which I have proof of. We do not wish to do any business with this consumer and stand by our policy. We are noted for our outstanding customer service and this is the FIRST complaint we've ever received. I tried to keep everything at a minimum out of respect for her as a customer and my relationship with her daughter but this is taking it too far and we will be contacting the local police department to keep her out of our business.
