Regarding the complaint # [redacted].We have contacted the customer [redacted] and offered him a reimbursement of $170.Customer accepted the offer. Money will be returned to his credit/Debit card within 48 hours.Complaint is resolved.

Customer Rengarajan Srinivas contacted our business to claim that movers were inefficient, took multiple breaks, and broke multiple pieces of furniture. About inefficiency. It was clearly explained to customer before the move that average time for relocation of 2-bedroom apartment is 3-5 hours,...

based on customer description. In fact, our movers took breaks but it was clearly explained before the move by email that movers will be taking 5 minute breaks every hour, which will not be excluded from the bill. The total billed time was a 3.75 hours which was in estimated time frames. About damages. Customer mentioned that there were 2 damages during his move. We offered to fill out the damages claim form in order to process the reimbursement on basic insurance option which was selected before the move. Customer refused to fill out as he wanted a direct refund without filling out the form and presenting the evidence of damages. Customer aggressively attempted to threaten the customer service representative with posting a negative feedback if he does not receive a desired refund. Customer representative responded that it is not ethical to threaten and “blackmail” business and “customer better not to do it”. Best Regards [redacted] Dominant Moving Systems
