In October or November of I was scheduled to have a root canal doneI paid $at the time of my procedure, fortunately I did not need it and was told I would have it reimbursedI have called numerous times, have left voicemails on their machine and with the receptionistI been told someone will call me, upper management can only handle it and even had my info taken to start the processTo this day no one can tell me the statusI sent an email and another office location called me but could not assist me but stated they would forward my concern to the office
