We are very sorry to hear and see ourselves involved in this kind of situationWe are a barber shop that loves to do our job and our customers love how we do our jobAs proof of this are the positive reviews from our customers posted on our official Face book and Google pagesConcerning the case in question for which we received this notification, as soon as we learned of the situation we started an investigation to determine whether or not there was a bad customer service by one or more members ofour teamWe consulted with the witnesses present and then confirmed their version in our security camera systemThis is the actual version of what happened: The client arrived at the shop at 6:25pm and proceeded to sit down on the benchThe client did not have a scheduled appointment nor did he advise Jose that he was waiting for himThere were a total of barbers working that evening and all were cutting hair when the client arrivedOne of the barbers asked if he wanted a haircut and he gave his turn to someone else who was waitingAt 7:22pm, another barber, Robert, asked the client if he wanted a haircut to which the client responded that he was waiting for JoseAt this point, Jose realized the client was waiting for him and advised the client that he needed to get his hair cut by any of the two barbers available because he had two scheduled appointmentsAt 7:23pm the client left the shopThe client was at the shop for minutesIn regards to the alcoholic beverage, at no point did anyone enter the establishment with any type of beverage in their handWitness testimony and video of the minutes the client spent at our barbershop is available to clarify any questions about this misunderstanding

We consulted with the witnesses present and then confirmed their version in our security camera system. This is the actual version of what happened: The client arrived at the shop at 6:25pm and proceeded to sit down on the bench. The client did not have a scheduled appointment nor did he advise Jose that he was waiting for him. There were a total of 3 barbers working that evening and all 3 were cutting hair when the client arrived. One of the barbers asked if he wanted a haircut and he gave his turn to someone else who was waiting. At 7:22pm, another barber, Robert, asked the client if he wanted a haircut to which the client responded that he was waiting for Jose. At this point, Jose realized the client was waiting for him and advised the client that he needed to get his hair cut by any of the two barbers available because he had two scheduled appointments. At 7:23pm the client left the shop. The client was at the shop for 58 minutes. In regards to the alcoholic beverage, at no point did anyone enter the establishment with any type of beverage in their hand. Witness testimony and video of the 58 minutes the client spent at our barbershop is available to clarify any questions about this misunderstanding.
