Review: Years ago, [redacted] the Architect and I entered into a business deal where [redacted] had to file an application with the Department of Buildings to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for a two family dwelling and to resolve previous violations. However, [redacted] filed papers on 8/**/2013, which was rejected because [redacted] did not fax the proper documents to illustrate the problem that he needed to correct. Since then I’ve tried to contact [redacted] on numerous occasions and his office phone has been disconnected. The work that he supposed to do still remains undone due to [redacted] not filing the proper documents with the Department of Buildings to get the certificate to have done the job. Fees were paid over a period of time to [redacted] and his company.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] to return all fees paid to him in the amount of $ 9,5000.00.
