*** *** Please have someone come out from the Revdex.com to see what's not done or give me a phone number and name I can send you pictures on what was never doneThen you can see why this company needs to be called out, on their type of costomer service issues I'm talking about we set an appointment with someone from the Revdex.com to come out and you can see for yourself what I'm talking about I can show you the work contract that was agreed upon by both parties and the all the damaged window frames that were never completed. take a look at the time the work was completed, I felt forced to call my insurance company to release the funds because it was very close to going over the one year time frame but I was promised by the main contact of A-TEX they would finish the WindowsWe were told by this same person when he came out because of all the work issues he had to wait till it got warmer to do the window work but he would complete the work on the Windows even knowing he would loose money doing the work he agreed to do and now he's trying to back outLet's stop going back and forth with these email let's look at facts paper work regarding this issue and view the Window frames I'm talking about then you will know who's telling the truth

As we explained to Mrs***, we are reviewing this matter with her insurance company and if in fact we did over charge by $250, we will be more than happy to refund the amount.Mrs*** is under the impression that making a report on the Revdex.com will somehow expedite this process, however we still
need to wait for the insurance company to respond

*** ***So this company is just responding to both of us they don't care, I have photos of bad work that needed redone had they done it correct the first time we wouldn't be having this discussion if need I can forward you these photos that no one would approve this work that was doneI do not understand why you allow them to keep this A+ rating you are only allowing other customers like us to use this rating to pick companies to do work on their homes If anything change their rating don't allow other customers to be screwed like us because of this A+ rating and if this is a franchise company I think you should forward this complaint to them I know this company answers to someone higher that needs to know what type of work and customer service they are providing customersWhat us can I do to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else this company needs to pay for what they did

Per our conversation, Mr*** is not only an irrational person, he is also an opportunist who continues to demand free work. Throughout this entire job, we continued to give in to his demands in the interest of getting paid considering his project was over $20,000. Once we received payment, I had no reason to continue to give him freebies. In regards to window beading, he was informed from the beginning that no window companies are performing window beading currently due to their backlog of windows and that we would be discounting that amount from his balance due, which we did. He went through his invoice meticulously before finally payingHe is just looking for a way to punish us for telling him "no" on any more additional work

We have had some difficulty coordinating schedules, however we have spoken with Mr*** and we have an appointment set up to take care of the issue

Mr*** knows that the roofers put the fascia on that did not match correctly, not the carpenter. This is the reason the carpenter was sent out to repair it.We have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter at Mr***'s home. We are not perfect and we make mistakes like every other company. However, we are one of the few roofing companies that stand behind our work and are willing to completely remove $1,carpentry job and do it again when it is not done rightWhich we did, at our expenseThis is what one should expect when entering into an agreement with a reputable roofing contractor.It's interesting to note that he makes reference to only the bad online reviews he has located. A-TEX not only has five star reviews for every bad review out there, we also have the most five star reviews of ANY other roofing company in San Antonio and South Texas.It is also very interesting that most all of the bad reviews come from clients who do not want to pay their bill.Mr*** owes $5,for a roof replacement and doesn't want to pay because of a caulking issue

Most companies would have walked away from this client from the beginning A-TEX stands behind their work to the point where we continued to return to this client's home to try to satisfy them multiple times - even to the point of losing money on the jobUnfortunately, there are just those folks out there that go through life angry and unsatisfied with everything Such an unfortunate way to live We honestly wish them all the best
