Review: [redacted] said he would put in 3 new limestone caps on my front staircase, but first would saw off the railings. He put on the new cement caps and unfortunately let the rust from the railings go on the cement and ruin top step. That rust doesn't wash off. He and my 72 yrs old husband tried sanding it off for a while. It got much better. however MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS that he told me it would be less if I paid in cash and I did $1200 , I asked him for a receipt and said he forgot paperwork, would bring it back. Ok when came back for stained step, he held up paper work and said I will fax it to you. Okay I said and waited. The following week I texted him and "NO ANSWER" a week later my husband called and left a message and still NO RESPONSE. I want a receipt incase the steps do not hold up over the first winter and was told and he lied to me about a receipt. I guess he thought we are too old and he can get away with treating elderly people this way.Desired Settlement: I just want the two piece written receipt with all the certifications and guarantees that he showed me in my driveway.

He basically lied and that is so wrong to do to me. He is a man so stand up and be a man and don't take advantage of a 74 years old woman. I am somebody's mother.....and I wonder how [redacted] would feel if it were done to his mother. The man who he gives business to , to reinstall the railings was astounded at [redacted]"s attitude not to mention the rust stain.
