Dominion East Ohio Telemarketing Calls - NOT a DEO Affiliate

I receive frequent computer-generated calls about "my dominion gas account." I have remained on the line in order to eventually speak to a human to inform them that we do not have any gas account at all, as we do not have natural gas at our address. In the winter, I requested that they remove my number from their call list. Today, June 10, 2014 at approximately 5:30 pm, which moreover is after normal business hours, I received another same computer-generated call. I again waited in order to speak to a human, who identified herself as Mary. I explained that I have an all-electric location and that I had requested to be on their no-call list, when "Mary" hung up on me.I am out of patience with these frequent unsolicited calls and especially irritated that the person manning the call center rudely hung up on me, after disturbing my day, invading my privacy, and wasting my valuable time.
