Dominion Hardwood Flooring & Millwork

Review: I agreed via contract for Dominion Flooring to complete a scope of work on my home and it was never completed. My agreement lists the scope of work as finishing my hardwood floors as well as removing/repairing boards with nails and the customization and installation of what they call a "Custom Reducer" for my kitchen, which is basically a wood threshold bended to meet the contour of the adjacent tile. The floors were worked on Monday August 4 - Thursday August 7, and upon leaving that Thursday I was promised they would return n Monday to complete the reducer. When they failed to show, I called the office and the receptionist rescheduled the appointment for the following week. Again they didn't show. Before I agreed to use Dominion, the estimator that came to my house was the business owner, [redacted] (her son [redacted] runs the business now and was the primary worker and is in charge), and for the next 3 months I contacted her directly as I didn't have his cell phone number) asking her when they were coming back to finish my work. All she could tell me was that she will contact her son and tell him to contact me to complete the work. He eventually showed on Friday October 3 to re-measure the floor, telling me he'll be back on Monday to install the Custom Reducer. He never showed or called. Through his receptionist, we scheduled four more appointments of which he never showed up. I've since received [redacted] cell phone # and have left more than 40 voicemails since asking him to return to honor our contract. I've since spoken with the [redacted] the owner and she actually called [redacted] on another line with me listening and I heard her plead with him to call me back especially when I mentioned I would contact the Revdex.com to file a complaint I heard him tell her that the Custom Reducer was agreed upon just as a favor and not actually on the contract which is untrue. I forwarded [redacted] and [redacted] a copy of my agreement that so they see they are contractually obligated to complete the work, but I continue to be ignored.Desired Settlement: I just want Dominion to honor our contract and complete the agreed upon work., which is the customization and installation of a custom reducer (threshold) for my kitchen floor.

Owner [redacted] business cell # is [redacted] and his mother [redacted] business cell # is [redacted]. She is the co-owner of the business and on my behalf has pleaded with [redacted] to call me back to no avail.
