Thank you for your email and we sincerely apologize that our resident has not had a position experience at Dominion Lake RidgeOur resident has been in contact with several of our employees including our corporate office regarding breaking the lease contract. We have also met with our
resident in person several times addressing each concern (Service Request), and all have been resolved in a timely manner. If our resident wishes to break the lease, the resident will be required to abide by the lease break agreement. UDR will is unable to waive the fee. We are governed by strict rules and regulation, we are required to be fair and consistent with all of our residents. Should our resident have any additional service request concerns, we will be happy to address them. To date our resident has no outstanding/unresolved service requests. Tell us why here

reviewed your concerns and find the following
We
sincerely apologize for *** ***'s service request concerns with her
toilet. Our records do indicate that *** *** did report a mildew concern. Our
service team did address this service request in a timely manner and tried to
resolve the issue. On 11/*** ***
reported the same concern again and it was determined that we would order a new
toilet for *** *** and it will be replaced.
There was no evidence in our records that *** *** service requests
were not address and our team had entered her apartment without
permission. Again, we apologize for her
apprehensions.
Regarding
*** *** claim to crime concerns on our property, we have no reported issues
filed with the office. Should *** ***
have any particular concerns regarding this matter, we encourage her to contact
her local police department. We will be
happy to work with the law enforcement with any reported incidents.
