contract We spoke with Mrs*** from *** Products and told her of the situation she said it could be from the essessive amount of rain we have had and to apply weed killer, we met with the *** and we applied roundup as well as snap shot (a very expensive pre-emergent weed killer) We explained to the *** that there's maintenance that needs to be done on their part to assure a weed free area that being keep edge trimmed and area clear of all debris there is a large tree over the area and we explained the importance of apply weed killer to the area to prevent anything falling from the tree from germinating I have attached emails exchanged with the *** and a picture of the area that was taken last Friday the day she filed the complaint, you will see there are no weeds but you will notice they are not maintaining the edge to prevent weed invasion. Review: Dominion met me at my home by mutual agreement to review and perform landscaping services. I received a quote (which was upped subsequently) to perform work on my yards. I signed their agreement and provided the down payment, which was negotiated by the company immmediately upon receipt. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls and emails to the company on my behalf, they have not only failed to begin the work as provided in the agreement, they have not returned the call or emails and I am unable to leave a message at their place of business.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to start and finish the job and the only settlement proffered by the Revdex.com is to finish the job, which does not cover the services which have not even begun yet. In the alternate, I would like my deposit returned to me. I also would like an explanation as to why they fail to return calls or emails, and an apology for very poor customer service.
