We have tried working with the [redacted] , Mrs [redacted] doesn't want to accept reasons and solutions for the issue We installed the product correctly the owner of the company has been installing weed block for over years with not one complaintWe did everything that was proposed in the contract We spoke with Mrs [redacted] from [redacted] Products and told her of the situation she said it could be from the essessive amount of rain we have had and to apply weed killer, we met with the [redacted] and we applied roundup as well as snap shot (a very expensive pre-emergent weed killer) We explained to the [redacted] that there's maintenance that needs to be done on their part to assure a weed free area that being keep edge trimmed and area clear of all debris there is a large tree over the area and we explained the importance of apply weed killer to the area to prevent anything falling from the tree from germinating I have attached emails exchanged with the [redacted] and a picture of the area that was taken last Friday the day she filed the complaint, you will see there are no weeds but you will notice they are not maintaining the edge to prevent weed invasionPlease contact me if you have any questions or if you need me to supply further pictures or information Teri A [redacted] (General Manager) ###-###-#### [redacted]
