Review: I saw [redacted] for a follow-up on 7/9/14. [redacted] recommended blood work which I had done the same day after I left his office. I have sent at least 5 emails to the front office staff, specifically [redacted], to request a copy of my lab report that [redacted] said I could have emailed or mailed to me. All of my requests were ignored and as of yet I have not received the lab report. I even told [redacted] that if she is unable to send the report directly to me, she can fax it to my primary care doctors office and I provided the phone and fax number but that email was ignored as well. My dad, [redacted], who is a senior citizen, is also a patient of [redacted]. We have been having a lot of problems getting the staff to get us prescription refills, give test orders that the doctor ordered, and get test results.Desired Settlement: I need a copy of the lab report for my records and to share with my primary care doctor. As a patient, I have the right to review the report. I am not sure why [redacted] has ignored my requests and is refusing me to have access to my medical record. [redacted] is a great doctor and I just wish his front desk staff was more compassionate and courteous to patients and not cause them more heartache and stress as they are already dealing with various medical issues.
