This company came to my home to address an ant problemA representative put out treatment to kill the antsWhen it came time to pay for the service he told me that I could pay the one time fee, or pay double and the double fee would cover one year of return visits if the ant problem returnedI agreed to pay double for the one year of coverageHe pulled out a personal device, a smart phone I believe, and had me sign a receipt with my fingerHe left that dayA few months later I received an email with less than a hour notice that the company would be coming to my home to give it a treatmentI called them right away to tell them I would not be home and did not request, or require this treatment, the person on the phone said this was "included" with my plan and didn’t have to be homeAfter they came out to the house they sent a billWhen I called to dispute the bill they said I would have to talk with the manager, whom was not availableHe called me next day and left a message

Dominion pest control was contracted to handle a rat infestationThe contract was purchased to combat ratsThe representative that came out to go over the contract said they catch multiple rats each weekAfter several weeks of not catching any rats, I began to ask whyI wasd told that there were some "entry points" that needed to be "worked on" I was not told that this would entail screwing chicken wire I to the siding of my house with inch screwsI realized the screws were installed when they started causing water leaks in my house causing water damageA contractor had to be called in to fix the damage
