returned call to company ([redacted]), he had left me a voice mail stating he was confused as to what is going on, spoke with him and he went on and on as to the phone problems we (the Revdex.com) was having, he couldn't get through...

to us, he called our HQ location in [redacted], PA and they couldn't get through to us either but he finally was able to after going through our antiquated phone system and left me a message, finally, he stated he has resolved all of the consumer's issues, he will email me a written response or get the consumer to do so,

Review: I hired this company to powerwash our house and deck after receiving quotes from a number of companies. Dominion Powerwash offered a free deck sealing as part of their quote which is why we chose them. They did a good job in powerwashing the house and said they would be back to seal the deck after it was dry (we paid in full at this time). The work was done in March. After numerous phone calls to the owner and broken promises on his part to come and seal the deck, the company has failed to complete the job it had promised. It has been over 2 months since the original work was done.Desired Settlement: Seal the deck as promised
