Poor Communication
I live here in Woodway Village. If you expect management or even regional managers to get back with you. don't hold your breath. Ive been trying to get my refund due to overpayment of rent. I've tried calling and emailing both my local office and reginal manager nobody has bothered to return a phone call or send a email. The communication is horrible.

I called dominion management about my son seen two bug in the house and I called them cause I was scared cause their was a bed out my door for 3 weeks
On April 22,2020 I received a letter in the mail that I have to paid $350.00 dollar for the terminator coming out two times. When we was on the call they never said any thing about if it have to pay any now they are trying to make me pay for some thing that's not my fault.

I"m sorry to hear about the unfortunate situation. My staff reports to me that they recall speaking with Ms *** regarding the mattress and the bed bug treatment. As bed bugs are not a pre-existing condition, our lease requires that residents are responsible for the cost of treatments. My team inferred that Ms ***'s kids may have been playing on/near the discarded mattress, resulting in the infestation.

Ms *** submitted a Chargeback Dispute Form, which we reviewed. Our Property Manager decided that Ms ***'s reason did not provide evidence that the family was not responsible, and there had been no previous history of bed bugs at this property.

Unfortunately this isn't a situation that I can offer an abatement of the charge. Bed bugs got into Ms ***'s house and its necessary from a sanitary and health point of view that they are treated/removed.

Utilizing Google map image of my home as Property for Sale. Numerous telephone calls concerning sale o my home; which is NOT FOR SALE.

Desired Outcome

Remove all images of my Property from their Ads and listings Immediately

We will be happy to remove the property from our marketing list. We just need the property address.

The images were obtained from google maps.

We have never made a phone call to the consumer. We do not do outbound dialing.

Please let us know the property address and the consumer will cease to receive mail from our company.

In order for business to follow up on removing my address from their marketing list they require my addresss; that information is clearly reflected on original attachment submitted.

According to reply my home address will be removed from their marketing lists. I will thoroughly review all advertisements mailed to home in the future.

This company continues to send mailing cards to my address after multiple requests to stop.
This company has been sending me mailing cards personally addressed to me (not bulk mailings to the address) for well over a year now. At first, I dismissed them and just threw them in the trash. Then I started receiving these mailings every two weeks or so. I decided to call and ask them to remove me from the mailing list. They said they would, but the mailings continued. I called a few more times and got the same response, but then started getting weekly mailings. Now I am getting two cards at a time weekly. So five calls over the last 4-5 months. With the increased volume and frequency of mailings after all these calls, I consider this to be harassment.

Desired Outcome

FOr these mailings to stop completely.

I can formally confirm that Mr *** has been removed from our mailing list. While I do not have any written record of Mr ***'s previous request to be taken off of our mailing list, I will not dispute his account. That said, we started the mailing campaign in December 2018, so any activity prior to that date could not have been us.

I continue to receive these mailings. Today 5/22/2019, I received another. Mr BeVier formal confirmation that I have been removed from their mailing list is not correct.

After initially receiving the complaint, we followed up with the mailing house that sends out our postcards. They confirmed that Mr Butler has been removed from all lists. Any remaining mail that Mr Butler received or receives in the future (unlikely) was put in the USPS system prior May 16th, 2019.
