Dear [redacted] ,This letter is in response to refID # [redacted] On Thursday 8/6/15, Domino Electric Copreformed work for a customer that needed volt power for a fireplace receptacle I sent my workers there to do the work At the location I was at, my cell phone reception was not good so I told my guys to do the work, and I would call back with a price The customer was told this information and agreed to continue with the work After the work was completed I called back from a different location with better reception The total bill was only $200.00, $for labor and $for material We always patch holes and reinstall material such as wooden baseboards when electric work is complete The customer thought that was "weird" and said not to Never had a problem with that before with all other customers My workers did not have invoices on them so they gave him a hand written receipt We provide a service at which time when service at which time when service is complete we ask for payment The customer did not want to pay up at first and said he would mail us a check We seen that the customer was being difficult for some unknown reason and felt that we would not get paid, so we asked for a cash payment instead Never had a problem like that before with any other customers We do quality work at a reasonable price and never had a problem like this I feel that we treated him fairly and apologize if he feels different Thank youSincerely Ron L
