Domino's Pizza #7750

Today I ordered a medium pizza and a dessert at exactly 4:pm over their Domino's Pizza appThe driver, known as *** left the store at 4:pm, but did not show upI called at 5:pm and they told me the driver went back to the store, but they would sent out another driver
ANOTHER twenty minutes pass and I end up calling them at 4:and warned them that if I didn't get my order within ten minutes, I would go to the store and speak to the managerThey didn't come, so I went to the storeI got to the store at 6:pm and had to wait for the manager to finally come up to me
I ended up having to wait A HALF AN HOUR to get an order that I should have received two hours beforeI just got home right now, and it's 6:pmRidiculously horrible service, always apologizing but not doing anything until I had to pressure them toThe only upside is I received a refund and got a liter drink, BUT it doesn't take away the incompetence and lagging nature that the enployees and especially the manager showedI will never go back to that store again
