May 22, 2015Dear [redacted] ,The complainant signed a contract that clearly stated that a request for cancellation must be signed and sent to the clubOur records do not show such a written request for cancellation was received[redacted] is primarily a billing company for gym membersAlso, if a member called [redacted] and requested a cancellation of membership, he or she would be directed back to the clubAt this point, if the member calls the Front Desk at the club, our Front Desk Staff would instruct the member to put his/her request in writingThe membership has been cancelled.I apologize for the misunderstanding and confusion that has resulted from this incidentIf you have any further comments regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.Thank you.Michael K.Co/Owner
