Domino's Pizza #3657

Review: I ordered a pizza on the night of November [redacted] 2013. The pizza was an hour and a half late, with one piece missing, and it was burnt AND cold. The manager offered a free pizza the following night. His name was [redacted], and he guaranteed me a free pizza for the next night. The reason I even ordered a pizza, was because my family paid for one for my dinner, as I lost my college I.D. I didn't eat dinner that night, and went to bed hungry because of the poor service from [redacted] Domino's pizza. I called back the following night, November [redacted], and requested for a free pizza, and the manager told me he had no idea what I was talking about. I brought up my order number, my complaint, and the working manager before he called me a "[redacted]" and hung up the phone on me. I have now gone to bed hungry for 2 nights because of the poor service from this establishment. I am outraged and very upset by their actions.Desired Settlement: I want two pizzas, one to make up for the one I ordered, and another to meet the one that was guaranteed but never delivered.
