Review: I ordered lunch while at work and waited 3 hours until it was time for me to leave work. Food was never delivered and the manager told me he isn't refunding me my money.

Review: On 3/**/14 I placed online order # [redacted]with Domino's store (**) [redacted]

Delivery was lengthy but nonetheless our order arrived satisfactory with the exception of our missing dip sauces (2).

My 1st call the representative assured me that the dip sauces will be delivered shortly.

A 2nd call was made 20 minutes later for an update on delivery also stating that if delivery can not be made within reasonable time I simply expect a refund for the products not received. The representative rudely placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I therefore hung up.

My 3rd call to the store was answered by the manager, [redacted]. I politely explained that I called twice already, was assured the dip sauces will be delivered, was rudely placed on hold for 10 minutes and simply would like to know the status of delivery or expect a refund. [redacted] immediately went on a disrespectful rant stating “is that serious”, “you sound crazy”, “if you want to listen to yourself”, “you want a refund for dipping sauce?!”, “I only have 2 drivers so you’ll get your damn sauce in 2 hours” and so on. First and foremost, [redacted] nor any other employee has right to weight the value of my money. If I did not receive a paid product, regardless of how significant or insignificant in value the product is, I have the right to demand a refund. As [redacted]'s rant continued I demanded his name and stated I will be reporting his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. [redacted] then insisted that I “go right ahead”.

Delivery was never made and I was charged full price for my order but more importantly this kind of service and unprofessional behavior just cost Domino's a lost customer. I truly do not comprehend how individuals like [redacted] are assigned managerial roles in which there is an evident lack of respect for customers, unprofessional behavior, disrespectful and poor service. At not time did [redacted] apologized for "his employees" failure to provide all products as ordered. [redacted] had the audacity to scream at me, the customer, creating an issue with my simple request for a refund which I am entitled to as I did not receive the product I paid for, and was extremely disrespectful in his comments. As a manager [redacted] should be trained with the comprehension that customers are the forefront to any successful business and that talking to customers with such disrespect is truly unacceptable. I will not be ordering nor recommending this store for future reference and I do expect a refund; otherwise the full transaction will be disputed.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and refund

Review: The website advertised that the product would be delivered within 45-62 minutes. It has been over 2hour15min and no product has been delivered. When an attempt was made to call the business, I was on hold for 20 minutes and was told they have only 2 drivers and that was it. I was not issued a refund or a solution to this problem.Desired Settlement: I desire an apology and a full refund for a product I never received! Even after they said it would be delivered via email and their "tracker".

THE ORDER WAS PLACED AT 2:56 PM, THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED AT 4:56PM. MY ORDER WAS TWO HOURS LATE, I CALLED AFTER AN HOUR AND SPOKE TO A [redacted] MALE THAT SAID "HES ON HIS WAY" AT WHICH TIME HE HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD FINISH SPEAKING, AT 5:00PM I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO AN [redacted] FEMALE AND WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD MORE THEN ONE ORDER IN THE CAR, THE DRIVER SHOWED UP AND CHARGED ME A DOLLAR EXTRA THEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO,I WAS CHARGED FOR RANCH SAUCE THAT WASN'T PRESENT IN THE BOX, WHEN I CALLED THE DRIVER BACK TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE MISHAP HE TOLD ME IN A RUDE FASHION THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE TO GET THE RANCH SAUCE BEFORE HANGING UP ON ME. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN,RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE,RUDE DRIVERS,WRONG ORDERS ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASION.
