Hi, I have tried calling the customer today to refund their money like they are requesting and didn't get an answer on the phone number provided. I was...
going to refund the $15.00 that they said they paid with the tip. I also wanted to offer them a $25 gift card so that they could give us another chance. I will try calling the customer again this evening with the offer.
