Domino's Pizza #7750

Today I ordered a medium pizza and a dessert at exactly 4:41 pm over their Domino's Pizza app. The driver, known as [redacted] 4576 left the store at 4:56 pm, but did not show up. I called at 5:24 pm and they told me the driver went back to the store, but they would sent out another driver.
ANOTHER twenty minutes pass and I end up calling them at 4:45 and warned them that if I didn't get my order within ten minutes, I would go to the store and speak to the manager. They didn't come, so I went to the store. I got to the store at 6:11 pm and had to wait for the manager to finally come up to me.
I ended up having to wait A HALF AN HOUR to get an order that I should have received two hours before. I just got home right now, and it's 6:47 pm. Ridiculously horrible service, always apologizing but not doing anything until I had to pressure them to. The only upside is I received a refund and got a liter drink, BUT it doesn't take away the incompetence and lagging nature that the enployees and especially the manager showed. I will never go back to that store again.

Review: On their website, they advertise "Choose Any 2 or more; Medium 2-Topping Pizza, Specialty Chicken, Oven Baked Sandwich, Stuffed Cheesy Bread, 8-piece Chicken, or Pasta in a Dish for $[redacted] each". When I ordered the two pizzas, I found I had been charged and extra 50 cents on one pizza without any explanations. NO conditions are disclosed on their website 'coupon' advertisement. This is an [redacted] violation.Desired Settlement: I want the 50 cents, and the tax charged on it, refunded. I also want either disclosure on the advertisement where it is CLEARLY seen for any conditions, or removed all together.
