I made an appointment with them to check some issues with my vehicle. They ended up keeping my car for two weeks and they hacked different things up on my vehicle and told me after the fact and expected me to pay for the replacement parts they admittedly damaged. When I went to pay for what they had done which mind you didn't resolve the main issue I was having when I originally took the vehicle to them one of the employees was angry to a point that he told me my car was a piece of junk and every time they touched it the Damn thing just fell apart. Totally unprofessional the prices they charge for their parts are almost three times higher than the parts stores premium brand. Totally untrustworthy and they'll throw random parts at your car just guessing instead of properly troubleshooting and then expect you to pay for unnecessary repairs

I went to this shop on the advice of one of my co-workers and I'm definitely glad that I did! I needed to try and figure out how to obtain the correct stacked height of my new flywheel, clutch disc, and pressure plate in a highly modified truck I was building...it was coming up about 1/4" higher than what was factory. The owner of the shop clearly understood what I was trying to do and took off to the back of the shop. Two minutes later he emerged with 3 different pressure plates to bolt up and try/measure. One of them fit PERFECTLY! Bought it (very reasonably priced) and away I went.

Then came problem #2, the new disc and pressure plate would not hold the amount of power my engine was producing. This was in NO way a bad reflection on the shop or the part. So, I returned to the shop, talk to the owner again, and we discussed various options. This time I had to go with more of a racing pressure plate and custom disc, which I had to obtain elsewhere...but, that did not stop the owner from offering up his advice and helping me! Finding a shop where customer service is the number 1 priority is truly refreshing!!!

Trip #3 to the shop, this time I took my front drive shaft in to have all three u-joints and the cv joint between two of the u-joints replaced. I never asked how long it would take but, just stopped back by 2 days later and it was ready for me. Again, very reasonably priced (I doubt I could have bought the u-joints locally for the price they charged for the parts) and it only took them 30 minutes of labor to do the work....it would have taken me HOURS!

Keep in mind that you might have to wait 10-15 minutes before they can get a few minutes to talk to you....but, the wait is well worth it! They listen to you, they do everything they can to help you, and make sure you are happy...even if you have to buy parts somewhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend them and I can definitely say that I WILL be using them again!!!
