Review: First I want to start off by saying I do business w/this store quite frequently. I placed an order for delivery on 7/15th & my total came up to $13.56. I get a call from a manager named [redacted] stating that his driver [redacted] had been knocking on my door & that my food would be returned to the store if I didn't answer my door. I was totally confused by this as me & my dog had been sitting in my living room the entire time & I never heard a knock. When I opened my door & stepped outside, I seen the driver riding up & down my street. Twice she rode by my house so then I decided to just walk outside of my fence so that she could see me. It turns out, she never knocked. She just couldnt find my house. When [redacted] gave me my food, she never gave me a receipt to sign which I thought was odd b/c that has never happened. I normally tip the driver but since I didnt get a receipt, I didn't that time. The next day I check my bank account to see that the charge had cleared my account for $16.56. That driver [redacted] had tipped herself $3.00! To alot of people $3.00 isn't alot of money but the point is that is theft & that money was stolen from my account! My account could have over drafted! When I called the merchant to make them aware that this happened, I was given an excuse by [redacted] that the SYSTEM could have automatically closed out the ticket that way. That makes no sense b/c if that was the case, it would have closed out for the correct amount. I was told I would be refunded the entire amount of $16.56 but it takes a few days to go back to my account. I requested the corporate office # & was given a FRANCHISE office # which is a straight voicemail box. & get this....the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message!! I feel violated that someone would take my money & then when you call to make the merchant aware so that it doesn't happen to someone else, they act as if it's no big deal. No way to talk to [redacted] which is the supposed owner of the store.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of course but I just want to be able to voice my concerns being that I can't get in touch w/the owner. The owner needs to be aware of what kind of employees he has working for them.
