Domino's Pizza Store #3647

Review: I placed an online order on June [redacted] 2015 using my online account which I've been using for 4 plus years, sonehow instead of putting my actual address of [redacted]. it put an address of East [redacted] which put my order thru to the [redacted] store instead of my usual [redacted] store...When I realized the mistake ( delivery guy called) I called the [redacted] store spoke to the manager who assured me he cancelled the order & I would be credited back the $26.36, I the re-ordered from [redacted] store...A week went by & still no refund of $26.36, I called [redacted] spoke to Miguel who said to call back later in the day, I did was put on hold then disconnected, called back several times over a 3 day period, no one would take my call. Emailed the co. received an email saying to verify my phone number, sent them a phone # & said I could be reached after 5PM. No phone calls, sent several emails no answers from anyone as to when my $26.36 will be credited to bank account. I mean it's just $26.36 why should this be a difficult situation?Desired Settlement: I just want my $26.36 credited back to my bank, and for the aggravation I'm at least deseving of a free pizza maybe?Thank You[redacted]
