Dominos' Pizza

Review: For starters I was hung up on by the second manager when I asked him his name.

Phone from [redacted] at 8:35pm, Follow Up phone call started at 9:50pm

The driver said that he called. He was wrong. I never left my desk. My IP phone directory showed no numbers

missed or received during this time span. None of the 3 guard post saw a Dominoes Pizza Deliver come to them.

When I told 2 of the guards what was going on, these had negative comments. Very avid as well. they offered no resolutions

or offers such as half price, free, or new pizza. Even after I said I didn't want cold pizza. Especially with the weather being 34 degrees with a

wind chill factor of 26 degrees. The first manager also addressed me as "Bro" and not [redacted]. I asked for his name and he put me on hold.

When I asked for the second managers name the phone hung up. he did not return my call. I called back after failing a complaint on www.dominoes.com

which was approximately 10 to 15 minutes. If he had hung up, he had more than enough time to call me back.Desired Settlement: An apology from the driver and the 2 managers in writing and $100 credit for future orders.
