Management using credit card info from customers to make fraudulent purchases after store close
Order several pizza requesting extra sauce noticed one of the pizza had no sauce. Attempted to contact business to get issue resolved. Spoke with manager *** who basically called me a *** and refused to try and resolve matter. I feel like no type of customer service was provided or even a attempt to listen feel like I wasted $25 for poor service.
Hello, I am emailing to advise I have attempted to contact the customer numerous times via email and phone. It has been 2 days so far and I have not gotten a reply from the customer yet. The customer is asking for a refund of $25.00. The amount of the order was $22.96 (3 medium 2 topping pizzas) from March 13th. I need a reply from the customer before I can process this claim. Could you please note that I have attempted to contact the customer on 4/5/2018 Thanks
