Domino's Pizza

Service is horrible at this location. Not my normal location but I ordered and paid for the food for my son across town. When the order was received, it was not what I ordered. The placed order consisted of a simple pepperoni pizza and sweet mango habanero wings. The wings we received upon delivery were void of any sauce dry and hard! Quality check was done according to the tracker?.. Yeah ok. Contacted the store was told a replacement order will be issued by the first “manager” on duty, a female. Waited over an hour. NEVER CAME! called back ended up speaking to another manager by the name of Nate who was far from apologetic his response was, “ I was never told”. To then be informed by him now I’d have to wait 50 MORE minutes. I waited 50+ minutes later no show, called back because it’s now over an hour, to be lied to again by Nate the “manager” who says it’s on its way. Now over two hours in total that I’ve been waiting since the first call. This Allentown location has horrible service. I will never order from here again. Currently waiting to see if indeed this time they will follow through on promises. Callers are informed when calling calls are recorded.....I understand mistakes happen but resolve the issue immediately in a timely manner, communication is also a very effective tool to utilize in customer service a paying customer should not have to wait two hours for an item because the so called previous manger didn’t manage to fix and issue they messed up. Still have not received the item as of this moment. The time I’m writing this complaint is 8:02pm four hours after I called. This is so sad to treat paying customers like this. For a manger to lie and give you the run around, he should not be managing this location, if service like this continues this location will be closed before you know it.
