Domino's Pizza

Hi, my issue is that I ordered a pizza from dominos last night and they did not deliver my order within the promised time. No one came to my door or called me and I then got an email saying apology for the delivery issue but no delivery. I submitted a review on their google reviews page and then I got a knock at my door two hours after the placement of my order. I was scared. The, name on the pizza tracker was fake- it says the pizza was mad by Felicia and delivered by Sydney and once the pizza got to me there was a male at my door and he said nothing. He knocked continuously and I did not want to open the door. I was was frustrated and upset and a little scared that he continuously knocked because I was not going to open the door. I’ve ordered before from this restaurant multiple times and I’ve never had this issue. Women come immediately and with the time stated on the tracker and the men take the full time stated in the email.
