I issued a complaint against Dominos for padding my credit card and not responding to my issue in a timely mannerShortly after I filed the complaint, the manager did call me and refunded my moneyI consider the issue resolvedThank you [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/05/22) */ I called the customer after looking up as much of her order history as possibleIn the original email she said that the order on the 15th was overcharged alsoWhen I looked up that order (#XXXXX) It shows that it was paid in cashShe then said it may have been her order on the 19thWhen I looked up that order (#XXXXX) I show that on our end the exact amount of the order was all that was charged in the driver check out screen and no tip was appliedI think the problem on the 12th was a mistake via typo and it has not happened in the past to herWe took care of her for the order on the 12th giving her the money owed and a credit for a free order in the futureI thanked her for calling and told her we would be keeping an eye on things to make sure it never happens againShe contacted the Domino's Customer care team and after I talked to the customer and resolved the issue she contacted the customer care team again saying "I WILL LIKE TO CANCEL COMPLAINT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN FIX BY LOCAL STORE." We would like some sort of compensation for use at any dominos whether it be a gift card for equal to or more than our order total of $32, some sort of acknowledgement of their incompetence at this location, and an explanation as to why we have never received out food nor any communication
explaining why our order had not been ordered or acknowledged

I just wanted to add one thingIf they elect to choose a charity, I want them to put it with my name so they can't use it as a tax deductible and I would like to keep the complaint open until they provide proof, if they elect that option, thank you

Signed up for service with this company halfway through my security contract with another service, with the understanding that I would be reimbursed for the contract buyout with a new 3-year contract Salesman was the one who originally established contract with the previous service and stated that the former company was going under due to health issues of the owner I signed up for the service..had technical issues with the new hardware that took me months and several communications to get resolved, and never a response regarding the reimbursement after several calls and emails First time homeowner and made a naive mistake - just hoping that my experience will keep others from being caught Do not trust this company

I issued a complaint against Dominos for padding my credit card and not responding to my issue in a timely manner. Shortly after I filed the complaint, the manager did call me and refunded my money. I consider the issue resolved. Thank you.   [redacted]
