I placed an order online with this company last month ordering a medium pepperoni pizza, pasta bowl and marble brownie to be delivered to the address I have listed. The delivery drivers name was Darren. There is a tracker you can see on their website to see if the driver is on the way and it also tells you when your order has been delivered. Upon waiting on my order to be delivered I checked to see if the driver was in route to my house. Upon checking the tracker it showed me my order had already been delivered. I looked outside and didn't see my food. So I contacted the store and spoke with a manger explaining to him my order says it's been delivered but not at my address. I asked where my food was. He placed me on hold and said I apologize about this. He said I can send you out another order but you have to wait a hour longer. I said no thanks just refund my money. He said sure and after hanging up 5 mins or so later the driver Darren came knocking at the door with food he had left at someone else's house outside I'm assuming then brought it to me cold! I contacted them by email several times to refund my money in the form of a check because the credit card I used to pay for the food was no longer accessible and the account was closed. Nobody has contacted me nor have I been refunded and if it was refunded to that card I didn't receive it because that account was closed shortly after placing this order. This is why I requested a refund via check. They have FAILED to Refund my money and or contact me about this issue. Therefore I thought it was necessary to file a complaint.

Desired Outcome

Refund I was charged for my order and a delivery charge was included as well as tax. I would like all my money refunded in that amount in the form of a check and mailed to my delivery address of 2002 *** XXXXX. This was a mistake they made and paying for food that has been elsewhere before getting to me and being delivered cold isn't what I'm going to pay for. Please refund all of my money.

This Customer also filled a complain with our corporate store. We have been trying to reach the customer by phone nut we have not gotten any luck we have two phone numbers on file and we have tried both. We would like for the customer to please provide us with a working number so that we are able to reach them.

In reference to their response when filing the complaint I checked the box to be contacted by email only not by phone. My email hasn't changed. The email address is ***@gmail.com. I'm not always available to be reached by phone and this is why I preferred to be contacted by email. A CHECK to the address they have on file *** XXXXX is where it can be mailed. My number is XXXXXXXXXX but do not contact me phone please. Thanks
