Review: I tried to contact domo beads by email 3 times, I also tried contacting them on the social networking sites twitter and facebook after 17 days with no package received. Finally I found the email address [redacted] and they said that something had gone wrong at the post office and that the package was sent back to them and that they would send it out as urgent mail. Both of these claims were untrue because I have seen a countless number of individuals online with the same problem who were told the same thing and also it has been a week today since I talked to this person and I haven't received anything.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund I was charged a subtotal of $29.98 and shipping of $4.00 with a total of $33.98.

I ordered from domo beads on March 7 and never received any sort of confirmation number or tracking number from the company. The package never arrived and when I tried to get in contact with the company, no one responds back. Highly frustrated with this company. I will ask for a refund and never do business with them again. They never get back to you or respond to your e-mail. Very bad ethic! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Review: On 08 October 2014 I placed an online order with domo beads (order #[redacted]) for two wrist bracelets for a total of $59.98. This was an online purchase and the transaction was verified on my credit card statement. I have not recieved the product and have made several attempts to contact domo beads through email and phone. These attempts were met with a negative result.Desired Settlement: I would like the items purchased to be delivered within 10 business days or a refund issued within 15 business days. I would also like to know if this is a legitimate business. Thank You.

Review: I placed an order on Domo Beads website on December 19, 2014 for a bracelet for $23.99. I was immediately billed even though my order hadn't been shipped which I found odd. I contaced the website the next day on December 20, 2014 about when it would be shipped and I was told sometime that week. Now it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't been delivered the product which I was charged for. I've tried to contact them more than 10 times and still do daily but have received no response.Desired Settlement: I was hoping to receive the product by January 7th, 2015 for an anniversary present so now the product is pointless. I no longer want the product. I just want the money that they charged me returned.
