Mr, ***,This letter is in response to a complaint your organization received on May 8, from *** *** involving "advertising issues." The assigned id is According to our detailed records, *** contacted us on January 27, via our Website when he requested a quote on his property
at *** *** *** *** ***, Arlington, VA.We spoke with him on January 27, and at that time we were not able to make an offer for this property that was satisfactory to himOf note, his property was listed with a real estate agent when he contacted us.We called *** in March 4, to see if the property had soldWe were unable to reach him and, as per our standard practice, left a voice mail and sent a text message to follow up.We called *** again on April 6, to follow up again and reached his voicemail againWe left a voicemail and sent a text message to follow-up*** Responded with a text back on April 6th saying, "Please take me off your distribution list or I will report you to the Revdex.com." Unfortunately, we somehow missed his text and did not update his record.We called *** again on May 6, to follow up again and reached his voice mail againWe left a voicemail andisent a text follow up.On May 11, 2016, we received your letter regarding his complaint to the Revdex.comWe immediately removed him from our follow tip system and he will not be contacted by our corrpany again.We do admit to our mistake in not seeing his text messageHowever, please note the dates he listed if his complaint are inaccuratePerhaps he reached out to several companies and is confusingus with theThank you for the opportunity to address this concern.Sincerely,

purchaser her condo. She accepted our written offer by signing a written sales contract. Settlement was scheduled with a title company. In preparation for that settlement, the title company discovered tens of thousands of dollars in past-due and unpaid water and sewer charges. Pursuant to the written sales contract (like virtually all real estate sales contracts), [redacted] is required to transfer title to us free and clear of those water and sewer charges.[redacted] asked us for additional time so that she could try to reduce the water and sewer charges by negotiating with the water company. We agreed. She either didn't try or wasn't successful. We don't know. The water company won't discuss her account with us.The title company offered to escrow a portion of [redacted]'s proceeds from the sale to pay her water and sewer charges. After settlement, the title company would receive a final bill from the water company, pay that final bill, and then refund any remaining balance of the escrow to[redacted]. (That occurs in virtually every real estate settlement.) [redacted] refused.We Subsequently discovered that - after signing a written sales contract with us -[redacted] signed a written sales contract with someone else for more money. [redacted] didn't tell us about that, and she didn't tell the second buyer about us.[redacted] (or her friends or relatives) called our office and our attorney's office on a near daily basis for weeks. We have always been professional, courteous, and understanding with her.Left with no choice, our attorney filed a lawsuit against [redacted] to preventher from selling the property to someone else and to require her to sell the condo to us.We remain ready, willing, and able to buy her property.
