Review: The company was hired to transport the small vehicle to my address in Yorktown Heights, NY from Spring Valley, NY. the driver of the tow truck did not have the skill to drive into the driveway and he would not allow me to explain how to drive into the driveway. In addition the driver was VERY RUDE and threatened to leave the car on the STREET!!!The company was paid the full amount $290 to deliver the vehicle yet they have not done so.The driver also left the TOW HOOK in the car. The next day I was injured by the stepping into the protruding tow hook.I am demanding the full refund for botched/ unfinished job and I am preparing a separate case against this company for health damages they caused.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND of $290
