The customer orders the money for a job that we did for them and they had not paid for several months. We were hired by [redacted] General contractor, and it was like pulling teeth to get payment, it was very frustrating. to go directly to them to let them know that their general contractor had not ever paid us and we needed to be paid. Yes [redacted] gave us a payment in full immediately. They felt terrible about the situation as it was their general contractors responsibility to pay us for the project. Sometime later, the general contractor, Drassis development finally decided to pay and they sent a check to us-We did not know what the check was for, or who it was from so we posted it to a suspense account because we did not have any contact information. Months later they called us and explained that we had been overpaid, we told him we would check into it and get back with them. When we discovered that we have been overpaid we contacted them and told them we were in a cash flow crisis and we had applied for Alina credit with our bank and we were waiting for funds, we would pay them the refund as soon as we could.
