if there is an issues with furniture customer needs to go back there and summit complaint with that retail store.We have summited this claim to our factory but Lisa need to file this warranty issues with *** *** *** * ***From that point *** *** *** * *** should summit claim to us direct and we will decide form that pointThank you!
