I am rejecting this response because: I'm not understanding how I NEVER received any of these documents from them but I received the ones from the creditorAnd when I have tried to call and talk to them to take care of it I don't get anything but attitude from them All I want is help from someone about this and I get attitude I'm not understanding why I never received any of these documents they say that they sent me if I get some from the creditors? The address is the same! I just want help WITHOUT attitude from them!

This bill was from a surgery that was done 06-14-2010. She received several bills from then until 02-20-2013. This is the second time this patient has been turned over for her bill. There has been no address change on the account.
