Don and Son Excavating

I contracted Don & Son to demolish a cottage. The job was tricky limited real estate on one side of the cottage, he had to take his time and not damage my neighbors fence. He was very responsive and accommodating, he did a great job. I would definitely recommend him.

Don was given a deposit to deconstruct a house in willoughby Ohio, He demanded 3,000 whuch was half up front because he said he Needed the money to pull permits. He claimed he could not start work until an asbestos abatement was done. Once the asbestos abatement was done he said he needed more money and refused to perform the job as agreed, and threatened to sue us as the homeowner. This project funds will be used to fund a job for homeless disabled veterans in Cleveland Ohio. This is not a man of honor who he claims to be. We are hiring an attorney to sue for the cost of project as well as lost opportunity costs.
DO NOT HIRE THIS CON MAN. HE IS DISHONEST.
