Great Experience with Don Anthony Realty. The price was right and they did a terrific job. If I had to sell a house again, they would be my first choice. We saved a bunch of money listing with them, and our home sold quickly. Please note, we staged our home and hired a professional photographer before contacting Don Anthony Realty. We used those pictures, had to sign a waiver but Don allowed us to post our pictures in the MLS. We did not subscribe to their marketing pictures. Our pictures were fantastic and I'm sure that also played a big role in selling our home quickly. Don was available when needed. The agent was helpful.

Our Contract Specialist especially did so much to manage the extremely frequent communication between us and the buyer's agent at all hours of the day and night. She really worked so very hard. I wanted to sell my townhouse but didn't want to lose all my profit by giving away 4 to 6% to the selling agent. I had meet a Don Anthony agent at an open house a year ago and decided to give them a try. I contacted them by email and they quickly got back to me and someone came over the next day and went through all the paperwork with me and it was on the market within 2 days. The process was easy and I had already taken my own pictures and I choose a simple package which saved me even more money. If you want them to do extras like open house, virtual tour, signage and pictures there is a small extra fee but I didn't need any of that. I choose to pay $499 up front with 1/2 % at closing. They also have monthy payment plans you can do also. I knew my place would be an easy sell and it was sold in 2 days which was another reason I didn't see why I should be paying 6% to an agent. Don Anthony works mainly by email communication which worked great for me. If you want someone to hold your hand through the whole process you may need to pay more for another agent. Whenever I had a question I received a response quickly and they didn't have any problem explaining how to fill out the paperwork. They do not go with you to closing but there is no reason for them to. The lawyers prepare all the paperwork and I was only at closing for 20 min to just sign a few papers. This was my first time selling a home and I found the process to be easy and I have recommended them to my friends.","pos-3
