Don Bohn Buick GMC Reviews (3)

Review: I purchased a car from Don Bohn Buick and Gmc and it was not disclosed to me that the car sold to me has structural damage. The structural damage which depreciates the value and is in direct violation of the lemon law. I tried to trade the car in after only having it for 1.5 years and was told that the car has structural damage that was not reported at the time it was sold.Desired Settlement: I would like for the car to be replaced. I only want another car with the same financial obligations. I also went back to the dealership to rectify the situation and was told there was nothing they could do

Review: Dealership sold us a vehicle without disclosing that the title would be branded AND indicated that the vehicle had prior water pump issues and that the manufacturer corrected the problem by installing a new water pump. Two months after NOT receiving title/registration, it was discovered that the vehicle was a buy-back under the Lemon Law requiring the title to be branded and that it was a mechanical issue involving the transmission, NOT the water pump we were informed (manager LIED) about. The next Manager indicated he would replace the vehicle, but he did not. Now the second manager is gone and a third manager said he'd replace the vehicle. The original purchase date was May 21, 2013 (over FIVE months ago). We still do not have a replacement vehicle or a proper title and we have been issued numerous temporary license plates tags that continue to expire. We contacted an attorney and issued a 10-day demand letter for a full refund of all moneys paid on October 18, 2013. We also spent an additional $600 for chrome rims we added to the vehicle after the initial sale and before we knew about all the lies, discrepancies, being misled and ignored by this dealership.Desired Settlement: Full refund of total amount paid for the vehicle, including the taxes, title and license fees paid of $29,715.80, plus $600 for the cost of the new chrome rims added to the vehicle.

We are repurchasing the Unit from the [redacted]. This was a misunderstanding based off incomplete information. Don Bohn Buick GMC's standpoint is we are 100% going to take care of our customers. I have spoken to Mrs. [redacted] this morning, and she is still interested in trading the car. I gave Mrs. [redacted] a website to view vehicles, and am awaiting her response to which vehicle she likes. Thanks

Review: I bought a 2008 Gmc sierra crew cab from them and traded it in for a 2014 Gmc sierra crew cab . I bought the extended warranty with Don Bohn and it is still good for another year . I been on the phone with Don Bohn trying to cancel it and get my refund and Don Bohn tells me its cancelled and when I talk to the insurance people they tell me that it is still active . I call Don Bohn and they don't return my calls like they say they will .They told me the warranty was cancelled since September 26,2013 and insurance company tells me it is still active . I am very unhappy with Don Bohn and want to get this fixed and my money back . I am suppose to be getting $430.57 from Don Bohn which I have not received yet and no one from there can give me an answer because they don't return my calls .Desired Settlement: I want my money back because I no longer have the 2008 that I bought from them and never will buy from them again because they are not what I thought they would be . Don Bohn owes me $430.57 from my extended warranty that I bought that I no longer need . Been fighting with them since September and nothing has been done since .
