I contracted Nu Surface of Austin to re surface bathtubs at a duplex that I own in Austin They completed the work on 4/26/ I tried to contact them on 7/24/regarding a problem with the paint peeling away from the tub, but found that their telephone number was disconnected When I called the Nu Surface home office in Arizona, they said that they had closed the Austin office I said that I needed to have them correct the peeling paint problem with my tub Their work is supposed to have a One Year Warranty The Home office said they would have someone contact me regarding this issue but they have not responded I paid over $for each tub resurfacing that is defective due to poor workmanship and poor quality materials Rather than standing behind their work, and honoring the promised warranty, the company shut down its operation and disconnects its telephone What a sham....shameful
